Traibe is a personal knowledge hub run by Raoni Lotar, an initiative of (TRI)BE. This page explains what happens to the information you share here.
Who is responsible
The person responsible for your data is Raoni Lotar. For any question or request about your data, write to [EMAIL].
What we collect, and why
When you subscribe, we collect your name, your email address and the area you work in (Marketing, Human Resources, Strategy, Finance and so on). We use them only to send you new pieces from Traibe, and to understand who reads it. We do not sell or share them with anyone for their own marketing.
The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Where it is stored
The site is hosted on Netlify, which also receives and stores the form submissions on our behalf. Netlify may process data in the United States, under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. If we start using an email service to send the newsletter, it will be listed here.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while you are subscribed. When you unsubscribe, we delete it.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and the fonts are served from this site, not from third parties. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. Write to [EMAIL] and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD.
